Despite the overcast weather and the not-too-bad day, the weekend in Golovintsy was warm, fun and really festive. Indeed, it was in the beginning of November that people celebrated the Village Day and the Temple Holiday. People say for them it’s like the second Easter or Christmas, a long-awaited and joyous act. Already traditionally, entertain all guests with performances of local collectives, in the yard of children expect strange children’s toys, and immediately in several boilers cook tasty porridge and ear, so that all those who wished to be treated. The village of Golovchintsy is known almost to the whole region and even somewhere and beyond. In the summer, the countryside is becoming a popular holiday destination for both adults and children. There are several children’s camps for the kids in the village. In addition, what local residents are proud of is the picturesque nature around with coniferous forests. In the village itself now lives 670 inhabitants. And the first mention dates back to 1540. That’s why this year 478 are being played! Golovchintsy are in the territory of the Letichevsky district, but relatively recently entered the Medzhybozhskaya United Territorial Community. The pastor became Peter Shulyak. According to the author, a lot has been done during this period, especially compared to past periods. This year already has 2 great achievements – they have developed the general plan of the village and completed the reconstruction of the water supply system by 1500000. Grn. Also, they made repairs and spent heating in kindergarten and schools. The benefactors, who for a year or two, also do not miss the holiday and go to Golovchintsev with a sincere smile and never with empty hands. In particular, speaking specifically about Golovchintsy, in the past the community asked to arrange a well. It’s said – done. And this is just a small part of what is noticeable with the naked eye and was created with the support of the charity organization Kolmogaler Family Foundation. The Charitable Foundation “Fund of the Family Kolmogaler” sincerely congratulated everyone and everyone on the holiday. I am sure that such cooperation and mutual assistance can confidently and calmly change the whole country, starting from every corner of our region. Together we can become strong.

Thanks to the newly established territorial community, villagers themselves decide where they spend, and they care about the development of their territory thanks to those who inspire and help in all their plans.

There are plenty of plans for the future, and joint efforts are going to be implemented in the near future.
