Loud music, smiling people and the extraordinary atmosphere predominated in the small and very picturesque village of Korzhivka in Starokostyantynivskyi district. It is situated on the left bank of the Sluch River. Here is the local club, which hosts a huge number of guests on this festive day. A real family holiday was celebrated. The whole community united to spend a wonderful day together.

Such event in the format of a family holiday is conducted here for the first time. The idea to initiate such a tradition arose to honor families with many children. They do their best to carry out one of the hardest jobs in the world every day. By the way, there are a lot of them in Korchivka. In general, about 60 large families are building their happiness here. Also 15 mothers were awarded the title of heroines.

Shriveled hands, grey hair and eyes full of tears when talking about children, Anna Pavlivna recently celebrated her 90th jubilee. The woman says: she raised 5 children and was honored with the proud title of mother-heroine. She recalls how difficult it was, however, despite the pile of difficulties, she still believes that being a mother is the biggest and most important mission of every woman.

Everyone who was present during the festive concert watched the action that took place on the stage with genuine emotions and full of joy. A variety of activities, songs, dances and poems were prepared for the audience. They were preparing, they say, long and very carefully.

Well, what’s the holiday without guests? Dear guests from the city and region came to greet the villagers and share the holiday with them. They were glad to join this celebration and to comfort the residents with presents.

Charity fund of Kolgofer’s family, who are familiar to the villagers, also participated in the activities. To comfort the villagers, this time they did not come with empty hands. So to say, in order to sweeten such a festive event, a lot of sweets were brought.

People are glad for such visits and admit that gifts are always nice, but most appreciated is the attention that, even in somewhat distant corners of the region, is felt through such visits.

“Family holiday” for people is not just fun, but a real event that shows the spirit of the unity of the whole village and lets you distract from the usual everyday worries. Therefore, emotions after such events are always sincere.

Finally, the concert ended, however, both adults and children, enjoyed sweets and delicious fish soup in their local club. Korzhivka is convinced that such measures, as well as help and support, can change the world, while the Charity Fund of Kolgofer’s family confirms it day by day.
