The regional stage of the National Competition “Charitable Ukraine – 2020” has started in Khmelnytsky region

The regional stage of the National Competition “Charitable Ukraine – 2020”, which has been held by the Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine for many years in a row, has started in Khmelnytsky region. The regional partner in the Khmelnytsky region this year is the Khmelnytsky Hesed Besht Charitable Foundation, which is also a member of the Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine.

The Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine together with the Hesed Best Charitable Foundation invites philanthropists, philanthropists, volunteers, public and charitable organizations, youth communities of Khmelnytsky region to nominate or nominate their colleagues to participate in the National Charitable Ukraine Competition. The competition is open to philanthropists who provided charitable assistance to address pressing social issues in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2020; charitable projects (initiatives), the implementation of which (in whole or in part) was carried out in the specified period; public institutions that during this period carried out activities aimed at the development and support of charity in Ukraine, beneficiaries, media representatives.

Through this competition, the Association seeks to honor the best philanthropists, patrons and volunteers in the country and in the Khmelnytsky region, their organizations, teams of institutions and organizations that have implemented significant charitable projects, as well as publicly encourage them to spread effective charitable practices.

This year the National Expert Council of the competition will determine the winners and laureates of “Charitable Ukraine” based on the evaluation of the nominees’ applications. – 2020 ”in the city of Kyiv. The award ceremonies will take place in the spring of 2021.

To participate in the competition you need to fill out an application. The completed application (in word format) and additional materials in electronic form must be sent to the e-mail address of the National Competition “Charitable Ukraine – 2020”: konkurs.blago@gmail.com by March 1, 2021. Digitized photos, publications, reviews, recommendations, etc. attached to the application, which characterize the philanthropist’s activities or the progress of the charitable project (initiative), can positively affect the final evaluation of the competition application and determine the winners and laureates.

This year, the Organizing Committee of the Competition has identified 25 competitive nominations, which will be selected. When filling out the application, you must select one or more nominations that cover the activities of the organization or project:

About Hesed Besht Charitable Foundation. Foed was founded in 1999 by the Joint. Hesed Besht Charitable Foundation serves people living in 103 settlements of Khmelnytsky, Rivne, Lutsk and Ternopil regions. At the beginning of its activity, the Foundation focused on the areas of work that gave names to the programs under which the institution helped people: “Nutrition”, “Home Care”, “Medicine”, “Winter Care”.
