Merge people by reminding of the past. Already for the sixth time in Starokonstantinov, the All-Ukrainian Ethno-Festival “Bolohivskyi Zasni” has rocked. This name is due to the rich history of the area, since once this land was called Bolohovshchina and bordering on three principalities: Galitsky, Volyn and Kiev. And in the center there was the Starokonstantinov himself and the famous castle of Ostrog’s princes. The first historical mention of this dates from 1150. That time goes by, everything is changing and forgotten. In the 21st century, few people know about the rich past of the small homeland in Khmelnytskyi. Therefore, the organizers of the festival set the goal to annually remind guests that the history of their native land is interesting and rich.

Ancient traditions come to life in a historic town. A lot of surprises were prepared for guests: they opened the festival with a solemn procession, and the singing groups entertained guests with folk songs. By the way, there were plenty of them: 32 ensembles, 7 of them – came from other regions. This is Lviv region, and Mykolayiv oblast, and Rivne region, and Kyiv oblast. For most of them – this is the first visit to Starokostyantinov. For example, the ensemble of folk songs “Krynychenko” – from the city of Brody Lviv region. The musicians touring not only Ukraine, but also abroad. However, coming to visit us, they share: Khmelnytsky Region is a really beautiful and historic land, there is something to look at here.

I also visited the festival and the female vocal ensemble from the village of Orzhiv, Rivne region. They are also the first time in Khmelnytskyi, but on a trip they are very happy.

Have nothing to indulge in and your own, local talents. Here “Barvinets” – young girls and boys perform Ukrainian folk songs. And at the “Bolohakh Goths” they are not the first time, and their hearts conquer hundreds of spectators with their singing.

The guests were several hundred, and the closer to the evening – so they became more and more. Here and a special guest – Oksana Radushinskaya. A woman is not the first year, together with the volunteer collective “Movement to Victory”, goes to the ATO zone, and folk songs raise the fighting spirit of our defenders.

The organization of an event of this magnitude – a rather troublesome, complex and costly business. However, when care comes to the rescue – everything is up to the trouble. So, the charity fund of the Kolmogaler family joined in, because they understand the whole value of the culture of their native land and fully support Ukrainian traditions.

For guests, there were plenty of food cords, where you could taste and sweet delicacies, and fragrant shish kebab. For children – favorite sweet wool, popcorn. And as entertainment – trampolines, various master classes and even the opportunity to hang horses. So emotions are not restrained.

In addition, the teams also received gifts. Philanthropists thanked them for their arrival and creativity, which convinces everyone in the beauty of the Ukrainian folk song.

From the west to the east, from the north to the south – the all-Ukrainian ethnophest “Bolohiv hospitality” unites people from all over Ukraine and allows you to plunge into the culture of your people, and at the same time – and have fun and have fun.
